Thanks to the careful planning by the GCA Upper School staff, juniors and seniors were able to enjoy a modified, fun annual retreat on September 1-2 at the Eagle Rock in Maryville and on the GCA campus.
Defensive tackle, Garrett Staley, was named as the Smithbilt Homes 5Star Preps Player of the Week for his outstanding game against South-Doyle High School. GCA shut out South-Doyle 15-0 after a tough loss to them in 2019!

Congratulations to GCA sophomore, Pierce Browning! He was named as the Male Athlete of the Week for the week of August 24-August 30. Pierce recorded nine catches for 132 yards and one touchdown in the GCA vs. South-Doyle game.
Way to go, Pierce! We're so proud of you!
The GCA Cross Country Team began their 2020 season last Saturday morning in Morristown at the Panther Creek Invitational.
