Congratulations to GCA 6th-grader, Addie Anders (far left), who won the GCA 5-8th Grade Spelling Bee on Monday, March 8! Alison Bock won 2nd place and Maliya Lowery placed third.
We're so proud of this great group of students and their diligence in academics!
Over 40 of the top spellers at GCA in grades 5-8 competed during the morning to reach the final competition, which began at 1pm. Faculty members served as arbitrator, round keeper, recording judge, spell master, and head judge to conduct this great event in keeping with ACSI standards.
Congratulations to all of the students who studied and prepared for this tough competition!
