Matthew Cleveland, GCA Class of 2018 and Ruthie Knight, Class of 2020, recently took the stage in late November in the University of Mobile’s 2021 Christmas Spectacular in five performances. This annual production features the traveling ensembles of the Alabama School of the Arts.
We love seeing our graduates continue to pursue their passion beyond our campus!
Matthew is a member of Ignite, a contemporary praise and worship band. Ruthie is a member of Sofree, an all-girls worship ensemble. Both groups tour to churches, schools, and civic events, and the Christmas Spectacular is just one of the events both groups are a part of. Matthew was also a member of the production team as Matthew and Ruthie are in good company with several former Grace students that have gone on to continue their education as a UM Ram. The University of Mobile is a Southern Baptist College known for its musical and spiritual excellence.
Ignite will be touring the Knoxville area next week including the Grace Student Ministries service on Wednesday evening, December 15.
