The GCA Storytelling Festival was back for 2021 and yet another resounding success! Third through sixth grade students competed for a panel of highly respected and local celebrity judges from WVLT and UTK as they shared stories of action and adventure. We're so proud of all our students for their hard work and preparation for this exciting competition.
We are so proud of our gifted storytellers and the remarkable display of talent that they displayed at this year's festival. Thank you to Mrs. Tonya Wilson, Theatre Department Director, for the effort that you have poured into this annual event and hours spent rehearsing with individual students! We are so thankful for you.
This year's winners include:
6th grade: 1st place, Vivie White
5th grade: 1st place, Savannah Lively
4th grade: 1st place, Troy Thornton
3rd grade: 1st place, Georgia Yoder
