STATE CHAMPS
History continues to be made by our High School Men’s Soccer program as the Rams secured back-to-back TSSAA DII-A State Championships, defeating Notre Dame 3-1 to capture their second consecutive state title.
After making history with the program’s first-ever state championship in 2025 with a 3-0 win over Webb at the Richard Siegel Soccer Complex, the Rams followed it up with another championship run in 2026, further cementing Grace Christian Academy as one of the premier soccer programs in the state.
The 2025 championship team finished with an outstanding 17-1 overall record, scoring 113 goals while allowing just 11 all season. The Rams fired 464 shots (276 on goal) while limiting opponents to only 88 total shots throughout the year. During postseason play, GCA outscored opponents 20-1, allowing only a single goal during the region semifinals and recording shutouts throughout the state tournament.
That historic season earned GCA the #1 state ranking across all divisions and a #5 national ranking from MaxPreps, while also bringing home numerous postseason honors recognizing the talent and depth of the roster.
The momentum continued into 2026 as the Rams once again proved themselves on the state’s biggest stage, defeating Notre Dame 3-1 to bring another championship trophy back to Knoxville.
We are also proud to celebrate Coach Isaac Brooks, whose leadership has helped elevate the program to historic heights. Following the 2025 season, Coach Brooks was named District Coach of the Year and Knoxville Focus Coach of the Year.
