TUITION

Tuition is due by the first of the month and automatically drafted according to the terms of your tuition payment plan in FACTS Family Online. If you choose to pay monthly, you may choose the 1st, 10th, or 20th as your payment date. Please refer to the Continuous Enrollment Agreement regarding refund and other financial policies.

*New students: If payments begin after June due to timing of enrollment, monthly payment amounts will increase to reflect the shorter payment period, so that tuition will be paid in full by May 20. If the school year has started, one month's tuition must be paid in advance.

FACILITY FEE

All students are required to pay an annual facility fee (non-refundable/non-transferable) of $400. This fee is an investment in existing facilities and future growth. This fee is included in the monthly tuition payment but is due in full in the event of withdrawal for any reason.

CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT FEE

The continuous enrollment fee for the following academic year will be incorporated into your overall tuition rate. If you withdraw for the next school year prior to January 31, the monthly payments made toward the continuous enrollment fee will be refunded. For withdrawals after January 31, the entirety of this fee will be forfeited.  Please notify admissions before January 31 if you do not want to be charged for this fee.

NEW STUDENT APPLICATION/ENROLLMENT FEE

A non-refundable application fee of $150 per applicant is submitted at the time of online application.

After acceptance, to complete the enrollment process, each new student will complete Online Enrollment in FACTS Family Online which will include the creation of a FACTS agreement (for tuition payments). The $300 non-refundable enrollment fee will be submitted at the time of online enrollment.

WITHDRAWAL POLICY

To withdraw your child at any time for the current or following school year, you must contact Admissions to request a link to the electronic GCA Withdrawal Form.  If you inform us after the 1^st of the month of each subsequent month, you will be charged tuition for that month as well as full facility fee and any tuition already paid.  (For example, if you tell us on July 3^rd that you are withdrawing from GCA, you will not be refunded the full facility fee or tuition payments for June and you will be responsible for the July payment.)

DISCOUNTS

A $100 per student discount on annual tuition if paid in full by June 20.

TUITION

*Summer tuition (plus any extended care fees) will be billed as an incidental billing in FACTS Family Online payable in two equal installments due on May 27th and June 27th. Tuition is automatically drafted using the same financial account used for your tuition payment plan.

REGISTRATION FEE

A summer registration fee of $100 will be billed in your FACTS account once you submit your intent to enroll your student in the summer program. This fee will be collected on January 30th. Once this fee is collected, it is non-refundable.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

• Students must either be currently enrolled or have applied for grades K-12 to be considered for tuition assistance (enrollment/application fees are non-refundable).
• We do not offer tuition assistance for our Preschool or Pre-K Little Rams programs.
• The school’s goal is to provide help to as many families as possible who demonstrate financial need. In the event the number of qualified applicants exceeds our tuition assistance resources, GCA may not be able to meet 100% of the demonstrated need for each applicant.
• Tuition assistance is awarded based on demonstrated financial need only; no student is given tuition assistance based on academic or athletic ability.  (Merit-based scholarships of any kind are not provided.)
• The initial round of tuition assistance awards will come from the first pool of applicants whose applications are completed and verified by January 10, 2025.  Decisions for the first round of awards for tuition assistance will be made in February.   We encourage families to enroll and apply for consideration for tuition assistance as early as possible, but families who apply to GCA after the January 10th deadline are also given the opportunity to apply for tuition assistance. 
• ALL returning families MUST apply by January 10, 2025.
• Parents must re-apply each year for tuition assistance to demonstrate a continued need.

HOW DOES THE APPLICATION & AWARDS PROCESS WORK?

• Parents must apply for tuition assistance on-line through Clarity. The application typically takes 30 minutes to complete and is mobile-friendly. You can save your progress and return at any time. 
• The application cost is $60. 
• Your tax documents from 2023 will be automatically transferred from the IRS when you complete the verification step.
• After the application review, GCA is notified of the amount of qualified need to be considered toward the student’s tuition account.
• The qualifying amount is reviewed, and an assistance amount is determined based upon a combination of factors.
• The final award offer will be sent via email for your review.

WHAT IS CONTINUOUS ENROLLMENT?

At Grace Christian Academy, we recognize the value in a sustained, long-term partnership with families in the education of their children. A seamless transition from elementary through High School provides a consistent, thorough progression through academic coursework. Because of this philosophy, Grace Christian Academy is pleased to offer a concept in enrollment management called Continuous Enrollment. From the time of admission, your child will be considered enrolled at GCA through their high school graduation unless otherwise notified by the parent.
